Attention Valued Guests:

In addition to your room cost, a $100.00 CASH refundable deposit is required for incidentals.

This is necessary for both debit card and cash-paying customers.

Deposits will be returned upon checkout after 10am the day of your departure so long as our inspectors deem that smoking, property damages, or other policy violations have NOT occurred in your room.

Cash Deposit Guests: 

If it is necessary for you to leave before 10am, you can either return later to pick up your deposit or request that it be mailed to you in check form. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PHOTO ID TO COLLECT YOUR DEPOSIT.

Please also note that all advanced reservations

(weather made online or over the phone)

must be cancelled in no less than 24 hours before 3pm

on the scheduled day of check-in to avoid no-show fees.
